You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused/unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Start your return process by emailing 📧 support@cafecols.com.
After approval, send the package back to our logistics center – in insured shipping with tracking number .
Without a prior return request, we cannot accept packages.
If the delivered item is correct and not defective, the shipping costs and any possible restocking costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately – we will cover the return and reshipping costs and resolve the issue promptly.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not accepted for: perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, personal care products, hazardous substances, or flammable liquids/gases. If you have any questions: 📧 support@cafecols.com.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
🛑 Please do not open a dispute on PayPal/Klarna or initiate a bank chargeback. This delays the refund by 40 to 60 days due to banking processes and unnecessarily penalizes our company.

CHANGE
The fastest way: return the item → after approval, order the new item separately. (This avoids stock shortages in sizes/colors.)
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU, 14 DAYS)
For deliveries within the European Union, you have 14 days to return the item without giving a reason. Conditions: item must be unused/unworn, tags intact, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will inform you as soon as your return has been received and verified, and if the refund is approved.
Once approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 business days . Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation is possible on the same day until midnight .
Send your request by email to 📧 support@cafecols.com and wait for our confirmation.
After this period, unfortunately we will no longer be able to process your cancellation request.
